The Bowie Knife is an American knife featured in Der Riese, Kino der Toten, and Shangri-La.
Overview[]
When bought off the wall, the Bowie Knife replaces the player's regular knife. The Bowie Knife can kill zombies in one slash up to about round 12 to 15, where it becomes a two hit kill weapon (unless if Insta-Kill is obtained). It is a rather great weapon to use until it cannot kill in one hit, but is regarded as not needed by many players. However, if players keep a Ballistic Knife, they usually save up their points for a Bowie Knife for more effective knifing, as the regular knife is pretty much useless at the higher rounds.
